It is a necessary skill which every business and salesperson should carry with himself, convincing employees to work, buyers to buy their products, listeners to understand their thinking, clients to convince them for your service. The communication style which you carry should be realistic, polite and convincing, not like you are threatening someone to buy your product. As we all know people like to be around those who are positive and who influence others.
