Purchase Nike Air Max 1 is unquestionably one of the most popular shoes on the market today. It’s managed to remain in the upper echelon of sneakers for over three decades due to its timeless construction and extreme adaptability, as it can take on seemingly any colorway or material combination that’s thrown on it. Now, the Swoosh Brand’s latest take on Tinker Hatfield’s legendary creation is a ladies-only "Diffused Taupe" that boasts a smooth mixture of earthy mauve and taupe tones. A mauve mesh serves as the base and also appears on the quarter panel swoosh, while taupe accents arrive via the mudugard, heel, midfoot, and tongue. A leather logo patch is stitched onto the tongue for a premium feel, and the shoe is then completed by a classic white midsole and gum outsole.

On July 1st, Nike scheduled the release of a fairly run-of-the-mill Nike Air Max 1 on Sale release as a tribute to the upcoming Independence Day holiday. The shoes were decorated in red, white, and blue with a custom tongue logo and an embroidered flag on the heel – one that was in use as far back as 1777. The thirteen stars, arranged in a circular manner, represented the original thirteen colonies and has long been considered a symbol of patriotism.

Although the overall design ethos is very similar to the Buy Nike Air Max 1 in white — as the shoes are, after all, telling the same story — the main differences arrive on the rear half. Pinstripe detailing adds texture around each collar, and the right shoe swaps out its regular Nike Air hit in favor of Tinker’s signature and the date his design sketch was drawn: July 23rd, 1986. The look is then completed by a “Sample, Property Of Nike, Not For Resale” text graphic on the sockliner and a translucent outsole.
