active level keto versatile and then in between here this is a pocket page you see if you can see it it has two three by four slots to my thinking positive thing every single day I'm going to write one positive thing I did that day and I think that's something I really really just need to focus on is being positive because I could have a day where if I'm trying to drink more water I could hit my water goal and drink all the water that I had planned January and then we get into February and the the format for the list stuff is pretty um it's pretty there's always like a notes in it to do so even though it says February and has hearts and stuff all over at people
